Our shipping carriers will pick up Monday to Friday. If you place your order on Saturday or Sunday we will try our best to have it packed and out the door Monday.
LOCAL SHIPPING:
We are happy to provide delivery to residents who live in Brantford, Burford, Paris, Saint George, and Mt. Pleasant. For orders over $99, this service is FREE. For orders under $99, there will be a $12 charge for this service.
Local deliveries are usually done by the next business day, although delivery times may be shorter or slightly longer depending on seasonality and the items ordered.
We offer Canada-Wide Shipping via Canada Post for FREE on most orders over $99—with the exception of overweight or oversized items or shipping to the Territories. For overweight or oversized items, shipping charges may still apply. For shipping to the Territories, we will contact you with a shipping quote.
For orders under $99, there will be a $18 shipping charge for most items. Overweight or oversize items may be subject to a higher fee. For shipping to the Territories, we will contact you with a shipping quote.
We do our best to fulfill and process your order as quickly as possible; however, some orders can take until the next business day to complete, while bicycles may take up to 2-3 business days to be built.
When picking up your order, simply head to our Curbside Pick-up location at the front of our store located at 63 Charing Cross St Unit 2, Brantford, ON. You will be required to present your online order confirmation (printed out or on a smartphone), as well as 1 piece of government-issued photo ID.
If you would like someone else to pick up your order, please let us know in the “Notes” section of your order, or by follow-up email.

College Source for Sports will not ship any product from Easton, Rawlings, Bauer, CCM or True internationally.
Timeline: In stock product 1-4 days, Custom personalized product 1-10 day turnaround. Please inquire in peak seasons of any delays in the customization process.

All items available on our online shop will have the option for in store pickup. Once your item(s) are ready for pickup we will notify you by email and hold them on our pick up shelf until you arrive.

Original Receipt is required for ALL Returns, Credits, Exchanges & Warranty Claims.
Returns will not be accepted after 15 days of the original purchase date. All returns must be received back in original packaging complete with tags and in unworn/altered condition.
All sale and clearance items are deemed final sale and will not be eligible for return.
All custom team and association product that is personalized will not be eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.
